NORTH PARK, CA—Marc Paskin states he’s gotten 2,000 e-mail records from individuals giving an answer to their “All i’d like for Christmas time is a Latina gf” billboard in Barrio Logan.
The Los Angeles Jolla millionaire’s attention-grabbing work has gone viral as well—with almost 1,000 web sites noting the vacation wish. But sometime Friday the board had been defaced—with somebody ripping from the bottom half that shows their current email address. And within the week-end, the whole indication had been eliminated.
” The dull billboard stirred up some debate when you look at the community. While many residents discovered it lighthearted and comical, other people thought it absolutely was somewhat unpleasant,” said the regional NBC affiliate.
Friday”Latina women are beautiful, kind, sexy,” Paskin told Patch via email. “I adore their tradition and a very good feeling of household. Let me tell you they make the very best spouses or girlfriends.”
Expected whether he is answered some of the records, he composed: “too soon to tell. Will need a complete great deal of the time to endure them and react.”
Paskin, 63, a previous reality television celebrity via his Secret Millionaire stint in Detroit, provided a plug into the bulletin board industry in describing their selection of marketing.
“I do not like Web relationship,” he said. “there’s absolutely no question that the simplest way to fulfill some one is by using a billboard, however it does take time and money doing it. Not everybody is on match or Craigslist, but 200,000 automobiles a day drive by my billboard.”
